PRST is ready for another up swing again. What do you think?

Since last July, Bollinger Bands got narrowed 4 times, and PRST has gone up in those 4 times. Now, it's in the 5th one and I posted the same subject this morning
<a target="_NEW" href="http://www.trade2win.com/boards/trading-journals/81560-songcons-corner-penny-stock-talks-t-good-website-article-good-book-2.html" >http://www.trade2win.com/boards/trading-journals/81560-songcons-corner-pen ny-stock-talks-t-good-website-article-good-book-2.html</a>

PRST is down a few percent this morning, but I also made a call for AENY to go down, and it's down about 9% so far. I wrote:
And this is my candidate for a short (AENY):
Price made new high, volume is light, the last candle is a doji at the oversold territory,
and Stochastic is pointing down already.

Good job, younailed that baby. Sorry I was paying attention back in early November 2009 when you ask this question. I did go positive on PRST as of November 6th, 2009 when my system issued a 656, meaning an Upswing reversal pattern (meaning it turn up), just before breaking back above it's 50 day moving average (the next day).
(about 5 years). These shares according to the charts were about $3 eight months ago and appear to trade, albeit for about 3 or 4 cents, daily now. Are they really trading? How do you make a trade in this OTC stock?
Need an answer please - anybody no much about Spectrum?
Anybody know anything about Simba Mining - a stock I ploughed $20,000 into about 5 years ago, and now there's never any news, though I beleive there's still a copper mine somewhere in Africa?

Hi, Oldman,
Thanks for answering my question.
Can you elaborate on your earlier response ?
You had earlier indicated that “HTS is a buy below 25, NLY below 14. But, I'd put a 25% trailing stop on those shares,… “

I’m glad to see that you believe HTS is a buy below $25. Would you share your reasons as to why? I sold some naked puts last year, and they’ll be exercised in 2 days unless I buy them back.
Also, for this stock, suppose the HTS shares were bought at today’s price at $25.52. If and when the shares drop 25% to $19.14, wouldn’t it be better to hold, instead of stop-loss selling? My reasoning is that $19 is close to the issue price 2 years ago ( accounting for dividends) and its book value ( currently at about $26 ) has increased significantly since.
I would appreciate your comments if you have the time.
Thanks in advance for your assistance,

JPL
